THE POWERFUL PRESENCE COACHING PROGRAMME
The Programme has been carefully crafted to address the most common challenges that we experience when we want to increase our public profile. Since the programme is one-to-one, there is also enough room to tailor the sessions to fit your specific needs, as we are all different and so are our circumstances.
Check-In Session
In this 15 minute session we will go over your tailored programme to ensure it fits your needs.
Session 1:
What’s holding you back?
Explore your fears, where they come from, how they manifest and affect how you allow your presence to shine in public situations. Become familiar with the 5 Fierce Power Top Tips for Public Speaking.
Session 2:
Determine your leadership values
Identify and define your leadership values and practice embodying them. Learn how to feel and tune into your audience.
Session 3:
Practice session
We will identify a relevant subject and imaginary set-up and you will practice what you have learned so far. This will be recorded on Zoom and feedback will be provided.
Session 4:
Post Event Check-in
This session takes place after an actual public speaking event, so that we can focus on what went well, what didn’t go so well, and identify areas that need further attention.
Session 5: Holding your Powerful Presence in Networking Situations
This session will look at networking and how you can feel more comfortable and be more effective.
Session 6: Facing Hostility and Challenges
How can you shine your Powerful Presence in tricky situations. We’ll look at the worst case scenarios and develop practical tools specifically for you to manage your nerves and any challenges that might arise.
Closing Session
We’ll check in 6 weeks after the end of the coaching programme to see how the learning has consolidated and reinforce your intentions and commitment.

Ongoing Support
Throughout the duration of the Powerful Presence Programme, Brita will be in touch with you to regularly check-in and be a sounding board.

You will have access to handouts and other resources that Brita will share with you.
Community Access
You will have access to a network of like-minded people via BRITA’s Community (powered by Mighty Networks and only accessible as a member).
