Women’s presence can be transformative, disrupting the existing structures and paving the way for a better world. It is my mission to support women to step into their authentic feminine power, which is an unstoppable force.
This is my ‘fierce’.
Throughout my life, I have held a deep admiration for women. Growing up, I watched my mother and grandmothers tirelessly weave and nurture life for their families and communities. I was drawn to emulate them and support women who faced social and economic hardships and gender inequality.
In 2004, I began a career in social work in Belfast, where I supported children and mothers in crisis. I witnessed the devastating impact that trauma, abuse, addiction, oppression, inequity, and violation had on families, and it motivated me to manage community-based programs for young caregivers and adults recovering from addiction in Scotland. Later, I worked as a supervising social worker, recruiting and training new foster carers while supporting existing ones and the children under their care.
The pandemic and other personal crises prompted me to undertake a radical review of my path of service to humanity. I trained as a life coach and transformational coach with the centerfortransformationalcoaching.com. This training provided me with a new approach to supporting people while expanding my own healing journey and exposing me to various healing modalities and ancient wisdom.

Over the past two decades, my journey has taken me through a path of emotional healing and personal growth. My focus has been centred on healing my heart, which has been my life's work. My daughter's arrival was the catalyst that spurred me to find my true purpose. As someone with deep mother wounds, mothering my children became a vital part of my personal healing process.
My journey has been far from linear, marked by a continual ebb and flow of light and dark periods. I have encountered numerous crises, losses, violations, tragedies, and challenges along the way. However, each time, I learned more and more to attend to difficulties with compassion and care. I have developed the capacity to use every experience as a learning and growth opportunity and I have learned to embrace my feminine power and inspire and guide other women to do the same.

My purpose is to support women in becoming their most authentic, whole, and vibrant selves. I know that inside each of us is a wellspring of wisdom and power. When we learn to embody our innate radiance, magic happens—we can unleash the phenomenal potential that is just waiting for us to be ready!
I believe that empowerment and transformation occur when we cultivate the dynamic conditions required. Over the past 25 years, I have honed the art of coaching clients to create new ways of being in all aspects of their lives. Creating inner safety, deeply listening to body, heart, and mind, and expressing what is most authentic is the root of personal power and aligned action. The coaching relationship creates a safe and generative container where these skills come into greater life.
As a teenager, I stumbled across a book called Gentle Birth at my local library. It contained awe-inspiring images of women birthing and the first moments after birth. The power, vulnerability, and rawness of birth drew me in. As I worked with women I learned just how powerfully, when a woman experiences safety, attunement, and autonomy, she is empowered. Birth, as in the rest of life, doesn’t always go as planned. We may meet our edges: fear, loss, pain, and a radical identity shift. Sometimes joy can also be an edge. As a doula, I supported and coached women in this journey.
My work as a doula brought me to wanting to understand the development of attunement and communication in caregivers, children, and adults. As a speech therapist, I have found that supporting caregiver’s ability to “tune in” to their young language learners is the secret ingredient. It creates greater joy, connection, and development! I coach caregivers on how to listen, not just to words, but to body language and their inner state, as a springboard to support communication development. Craniosacral Therapy provides an additional tool to use to support caregivers in their regulation, as well as to create more ease and spaciousness for children and adults.
