Brita has designed the concept for this Bespoke Transformational Coaching Programme based on her experience of as a Senior Executive for over 15 years. She understands the importance of a one-to-one coaching space that is designed to foster transformation at the most senior levels of institutional power.
Witnessing the transformation that occurs, when we co-create a space of deep trust and reflection, is deeply humbling.
It is not just that it transforms the personal life, and it transforms the business, but it contributes to a wider shift in how we think about ‘doing business’ and that is truly transformational at a wider societal level.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Bespoke Transformational Coaching Programme can be delivered in either 3 or 6 months, depending on the intensity desired:
Setting Foundations
In-depth kick off session of 2 hours where we will set up and explore your vision for this work. A vision board will be created for you to guide this work.
Regular Check-ins
Every other week (for the 3 months option) or every two weeks (for the 6 months option) voice or video recordings tailored to your development, or 15-minute check-in as required.
Inspiration
Regular sharing of inspiring and informative materials from Brita’s extensive list, such as podcast recommendations, articles or books to further facilitate growth and transformation.
Access
Access to a network of like-minded people on Brita’s Community powered by Mighty Networks.
Deep Dive Sessions
Deep dive sessions every 2 (for the 3 months option) or 4 weeks (for the 6 months option) of 60-minutes to move towards the vision, explore roadblocks and learn and experience new tools as required (a sample menu is listed below). All sessions are tailored to your needs and can be adapted at short notice.
Ongoing Advice
Mentoring and ad-hoc advice via WhatsApp whenever required throughout the 3/6 months.
Record
Notes from deep dive sessions detailing key points and commitments. Together these notes will provide you with a record of your development, reflections and learnings.
